Convention Overview

The convention will be held on April 30th, 2026 12-7 pm at OISE (Ontario Institute for Studies in Education). The venue encompasses floors 2, 5, and 8. It is open to the public.

Yes! Everyone is welcome to cosplay. Please note that there will be a prop check to ensure that your props do not pose hazards to other attendees. Additionally, due to safety concerns, please do not bring realistic prop firearms into the convention venue.

Only at the maid cafe. There are options for food located near the con along Bloor street. Bringing your own water bottles and snacks is recommended!

Limited paid parking is available directly outside of OISE, but might be hard to find otherwise. Commuting is recommended, OISE is located right above the St. George Subway Station.

Generally panelists and other event participants are fine with photos and videos being taken, including during performances unless otherwise stated. Always seek permission for photos of other attendees.

No. While both clubs are student groups of the University of Toronto, the University itself is not affiliated with this convention or any of its events. Nor are we affiliated with miHoYo Co., Ltd. The UofT Fandom Convention is entirely student-run.

Just a sneak peek: poca workshop, academic discussion on fanfic and fandom, yaoi court of law, and more! Please note that panels are open to all, but are first come, first serve due to OISE’s limited seat capacity.
