Digital Wellness 101 with Digitaaliyah

The internet we were promised celebrated community-building, endless learning, humanity, and limitless self-expression — so, what happened? Step back into the early 2000’s and defeat brainrot once and for all during this interactive digital detox workshop and dopamine menu-making session hosted by Digitaaliyah: PhD digital wellness researcher by day, guardian of the world’s digital wellness by night.

During the first 30 minutes of this down-to-earth and shame-free workshop, Digitaaliyah will share the psychology behind how your favourite digital activities (gaming, using social media, watching anime / Western animation / live action films) influence your wellbeing, and how you can use technology and media in ways that support your mental, physical, and social health.
